Help for Tiny Talk - Teach Your Baby to Sign, for iPhone.

Email us at support@scooplabs.ai. Tell us your iPhone model, your iOS version, and the Tiny Talk version (shown on the App Store page). A short description of the problem is usually enough; please don’t send your baby’s records or screenshots of them unless we ask.

Signing in

Tiny Talk needs an account so your baby’s signs and moments are safe and can be shared with caregivers. Answer the first questions about your baby, then choose Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. There is no email and password option.

Already have an account? Tap I already have an account on the welcome screen, or Sign in at the top of any setup step. If your account already has a baby, the app brings everything back and skips the setup questions.

Use the same Apple or Google account every time. An Apple account and a Google account are separate Tiny Talk accounts, even if they share an email address.

Signing out

Open Profile, tap Account, then Sign out. Signing out removes your records from this iPhone. They stay in your account, and come back when you sign in again on any iPhone.

Devices

You can be signed in on up to 2 devices at a time, with or without Tiny Talk Plus. Signing in again on a device you already use doesn’t count twice. If you sign in on a third device, Tiny Talk shows your two devices. Choose one to sign out, then Tiny Talk finishes signing you in. If it asks you to sign in again, repeat Sign in with Apple or Google.

To see your devices or sign one out at any time, open Profile and tap Your devices. The device signs out the next time it connects to our server and shows: “You were signed out of this iPhone from another device.” Its local records stay for the next sign-in with the same account. Signing in with a different account clears them first. To sign out the iPhone you’re holding, use Sign out instead. Lost a phone? Sign it out from your other device, or choose it when you sign in on a new one. The Privacy Policy has the details.

Deleting your account

Open Profile, tap Account, then Delete account, and confirm. This happens right away and can’t be undone:

Copies in our encrypted backups expire within 7 days. If you can’t open the app, email us from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you. The Privacy Policy has the details.

Sharing with a partner or caregiver

Open Profile, tap Caregivers, then Invite a caregiver, and send them the code. The code works for 7 days. They install Tiny Talk, sign in, and enter it in Profile under Join with a code. Everyone who shares a baby sees the same moments and progress; your practice, favorites, and lists stay yours. Each baby can have up to 3 caregivers besides you, 4 people in all.

Five free signs to share

Want to show a partner or grandparent the idea first? Our free page has the first five signs, milk, more, all done, eat, and sleep, with a link to the App Store. It needs no account and sets no cookies: https://talk.tinybaby.app/start

Ask Tiny Talk and Tiny Talk Plus

Tiny Talk Plus is a subscription you buy through Apple, at 12.99 USD a month or 59.99 USD a year. It unlocks every sign, the full plan, the practice tools, Progress, the rest of the guides, and Ask Tiny Talk, which answers your questions about baby sign language and using the app. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers; the trial unlocks everything except Ask Tiny Talk, which starts with the first paid year. Without Plus you keep the first five signs, week 1 of your plan, logging moments, caregivers, and the guides on why to sign, ASL and Deaf culture, hearing, and delays.

Reminders

Open Profile, tap Daily reminder, and pick a time. If reminders don’t arrive, check that notifications are on for Tiny Talk in the iPhone’s Settings app.

The practice mirror

The mirror uses your front camera so you can see yourself sign. If it shows a message about camera access, turn on Camera for Tiny Talk in the iPhone’s Settings app. The mirror never records or uploads anything.

Privacy and security

Our Privacy Policy explains what Tiny Talk keeps, where, and how to delete it. To report a security problem, email support@scooplabs.ai with “Security” in the subject.

Requirements

Tiny Talk runs on iPhone with iOS 26 or later, and is available in the United States.
